What types of Tradesmen do you supply?
Phoenix specializes in providing carpenters and construction laborers, but other skilled tradesmen may be available upon request.
How much notice do I need to provide in order to receive a tradesman?
Typically we request a 24 hr notice; however we will still accommodate your request in less time if possible. Generally the more notice we receive, the better job we will be able to do for you.
Who pays for insurance?
Phoenix carries all insurance for our employees, Workmen's Compensation and General Liability coverage on our policies.
How will I be charged?
Phoenix will bill you a flat hourly rate for each tradesman that you use. All other expenses will be paid for by Phoenix.
Can you do prevailing wage work?
Yes, we have certified payroll for prevailing wage work.
Can I hire your employees?
In order for us to maintain a highly skilled dependable workforce it is important for us to retain our employees, for this reason we do not allow our customers to hire our employees.
How do I know you will send someone capable of doing the work I have set out.
Phoenix has been in business for 20 years. We have survived by building lasting relationships with our customers. The only way for us to build these relationships is by supplying the best possible tradesmen in the business. It would be highly detrimental to our business to provide you with a tradesman that couldn't accomplish your tasks.
Do your workers come with their own tools or do I need to provide them?
Phoenix employees come prepared to work, with any tools they may need to accomplish the task you inform us they will be doing.
Who do you normally work for?
Phoenix routinely works for General Contractors, Construction Managers, Developers, and Sub-Contractors. We would be glad to provide you with a long list of references upon request.
